Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

Mission Statement

The Department of Pharmacology and Cancer Biology is committed to creating an equitable, diverse, and inclusive environment for all of its members. As a community, we firmly believe that transformative research goes hand-in-hand with fostering an inclusive environment and training the next generation of scientists from a diversity of backgrounds and life experiences. As scientists, we know that we are strongest when we leverage the talents of a diverse community.
