Conference Travel Award

Students who have completed their preliminary examination and have been accepted to present a paper or poster at a regional, national or international conference are eligible to apply for the Graduate School Conference Travel Award.

Pre-conference

To apply for the travel award, please complete and submit the following documents via email to the DGSA no later than 30 days prior to the start date of the conference:

Post-conference

Please submit via email the following to the DGSA as soon as possible after returning from the conference to remove the conference award charge from your Bursar’s account and avoid any registration blocks:

  • All applicable receipts (in PDF format)
  • Travel Expense Form (completed and signed by student and PI)
